Coaching is a craft you only keep sharp by continuing to practise it — and by regularly pausing to reflect on what is really happening in your conversations. Where do you get stuck? What do you do automatically, without noticing? And where is the growth you cannot yet see yourself?
LCS cohort 2027 · registration open
The second cohort starts on Thursday 21 January 2027
Ten months in a fixed group of a maximum of 6, deliberately mixed: coaches and coaching leaders together. A monthly online 2-hour session built around the ICF Core Competencies, a live kick-off and an individual coaching conversation.

Leadership & Coaching Supervision – LCS
From September 2026 I am starting several groups made up of two audiences: professional coaches on the one hand, and professionals who lead through coaching on the other. Both work from the same basis – the ICF Core Competencies – and, if the composition allows, can also share one group. We use the ICF competencies as a compass, but the content comes from you: real cases from your own practice, the moments where you — as a coach or as a coaching manager — got stuck, doubted, or would have liked to do something differently.
In groups of up to 6 we meet online each month, each time around a single coaching competency. We explore, mirror and learn from one another under my guidance — intuitively, concretely and with the necessary humour, so that reflection is never heavy.
I run both Dutch- and English-speaking groups, and adapt to the times that suit best — the edges of the day or evenings. The programme comprises 10 sessions spread over 10 months. The first cohort started in September 2026; the second cohort starts on 21 January 2027.
