Supervision in organisations

Coherence starts with coaching leadership

An organisation holds together in the conversations between people. Leaders who work in a coaching way make those conversations stronger — within teams, between teams and across levels.

Why coherence

Organisations change constantly. Teams work remotely, departments each have their own pace and priorities, and new structures follow one another. What is missing then is rarely a new plan. It is coherence: the sense that people are working on the same thing and truly understand each other.

Coherence cannot be organised in an org chart. It emerges in the everyday conversation between leader and employee, between colleagues and between teams. That is where it becomes visible whether people feel heard, take ownership and see the connection with the bigger picture.

Coaching leadership as the foundation

A coaching leader asks rather than tells, listens to what lies beneath a question, and connects people with each other and with the purpose. That is not a skill you learn in two training days. It is a way of being present that needs practice, reflection and a mirror.

From a systemic perspective we look not only at the individual leader but also at the system around them: which patterns repeat themselves, what stands between people, and what does the whole ask of each of them?

What it brings your organisation

A shared language

Leaders who learn to coach together speak the same language. That changes how people in the organisation talk about work, mistakes and growth.

Connection across boundaries

Participants from different teams and levels get to know each other’s practice. Understanding grows between departments that otherwise rarely talk.

Growth you can see

A self-assessment on the ICF competencies at the start and end makes development concrete, with reflection after every session.

LCS in your organisation

Leadership & Coaching Supervision (LCS) is a ten-month programme for a fixed group of leaders and/or internal coaches from your organisation.

  • A maximum of 6 participants per group, deliberately composed across teams and levels to create cross-pollination.
  • Ten months, one 2-hour session every month, each built around one ICF Core Competency.
  • The content comes from practice: real conversations, real dilemmas, the moments where someone got stuck or hesitated.
  • A live kick-off where the group forms, and an individual coaching conversation for each participant.
  • Confidential: what is discussed in the group stays in the group. Sessions are never recorded.

How we work

  1. Introduction. We discuss where your organisation stands and where coherence is missing now.
  2. Alignment. Together we choose the participants, the planning and the emphases in the programme.
  3. Kick-off. A live start where the group forms and everyone sets their starting point.
  4. Ten months of growth. Monthly sessions, reflection and a closing measurement of development.

Co-creating human connections that make leadership work at scale.
