Relevance of teamwork
Every form of result is the consequence of collaboration. The objective of organisational development is creating a safe and shared framework to realise the desired output for the individual and for the team.
At the level of teams we will work on creating a safe setting, to facilitate valuable collaboration, with an eye for for mutual trust and the value of constructive conflict. We experiment with new insights and behaviour alternatives.
I work with different experts, depending on the specific assignment. We preferably work with teams based on an existing issue, assignment or project. Depending on the requirements of the organisation we develop tailor-made programmes in order to boost mental vitality, sustainable employability/deployability, collaboration and co-creation.
